Dave, I honestly don’t remember how I came about your website initially.  I had purchased a PRS Hollowbody I late in 2002 and wanted protection against scratches.  Your pickguards were the perfect solution.  I recently was gifted with a PRS Custom 22 and scoured my computer’s hard drive for the information on my original purchase.  Lo and behold I found what I was looking for and clicked on the hyperlink directing me straight to your site.  I placed my order so easily through your Pay Pal setup and now eagerly await my new set of pickguards.  By the way, the other pickguard, from my initial purchase resides gracefully on my Ibanez SC-500 nylon electric.  Amazing product!  Thanks again, Dave.

We received the Alternative Pickguards this past Saturday. Thanks for the
lightning-fast shipping. Kelsey, my fourteen year old daughter, put one on her new Ibanez. As I stated earlier, she saw the protection the Alternative Pickguard gave my Peavey Wolfgang and she wanted the same for her guitar. Well, now she has it!

I bought one two years ago for my Peavey Wolfgang, and this only after keeping the Wolfie in it's case the previous year. Like a mummy in it's tomb on display in a museum, I would "check on it" but never touch it because I didn't want to harm it. Since putting the Alternative Pickguard on it, my Wolfie now has at least 500 hours playing time WITH NO SCRATCHING, PLAYER WEAR OR ANY TYPE BLEMISHING, ALL BECAUSE I PUT AN ALTERNATIVE PICKGUARD ON IT.

BTW, I just noticed there is no pickguard and through research realize
that this model does not come with a pick guard. do you know why and do

Yup no pickguard for aesthetic reasons but you have 3
good options well IMHO, 3 options one of them  great.....

A. Taylor will send you a tortoiseshell pickguard for free
B. Taylor will send you a clear pickguard for free            
C. I love the "Alternative pickguard"  its                        
    clear, "clingy" vinyl goes on and off with NO Adhesive.

Hello,
   I received the alternative pickguard two days ago and it works great!  I
can say I was a little skeptical at first, but when I tried it, all my
worries went away.  when I received my Taylor about a week ago, I noticed
that it did not include a pickguard, so I would have to restrain myself from
playing it, because I was afraid of any type of scratch or damage on a $1700
guitar.  but since I received the pickguards, I've been playing like I used
to on my older guitars.  Thanks!!
